PURPOSE: A device for exercising the waist is provided to incline the backbone to the front and rear and right and left and to rotate the backbone to the left and right at a certain angle. CONSTITUTION: A device for exercising the waist comprises a floor side(12), a joint, and a seat plate(13). The joint is installed in the center of a bottom plate and is able to incline and rotate at a certain angle. The seat plate is fixed to the joint and is equipped with a handle. The floor side has a step side(12a) smaller than the outer circumference. In the center of the step side, a joint fixing unit(12b) is formed.
