Disclosed is a N, N-disubstituted aminoalkylbiphenyl compound of formula (I) where the substituents are as disclosed in the description. Example of compounds of formula (I) are { 2'-((Acetyl-methyl-amino)-methyl)-6-methoxy-4'-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl} -acetic acid; { 2'-((Acetyl-ethyl-amino)-methyl)-6-methoxy-4'-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl} -acetic acid; (2'-{ (Acetyl-(2,2-dimethyl-propyl)-amino)-methyl} -6-methoxy-4'-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-acetic acid. Also disclosed is the use of a compound of formula (I) for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a PGD2-dependant or PGD2-mediated disease and a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound of formula (I). Examples of diseases include respiratory disease or condition, an allergic disease or condition, or an inflammatory disease such as asthma, rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, atopic dermatitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
