PURPOSE: An LED driving circuit and an LED device using the same are provided to prevent a flickering phenomenon due to malfunction of a phase control type dimmer. CONSTITUTION: A commercial AC source(1) is connected to a diode bridge(DB1) through a phase control type dimmer(2) and a fuse(F1). A device(NR1) for dealing with surge is connected between one side of the commercial AC source and one side of the fuse. An LED driving circuit(5) is connected to the output side of the diode bridge. A light emitting unit(6) is connected to the output side of the LED driving circuit. A light emitting unit comprises a red LED array, a green LED array, and a blue LED array. |
