EPS MOTOR AND INSULATING METHOD FOR STATOR COIL

PURPOSE: An EPS motor and a method for insulating a stator coil thereof are provided to improve the productivity of the EPS motor by insulating a stator core and a coil through insulating materials of resins. CONSTITUTION: A stator core(4a) comprises a plurality of coil insertion units(4d). A coil(4b) is inserted into the coil insertion unit formed in the stator core. The coil insertion unit is separated from the coil. Insulating materials(10) fix and insulate the coil inserted into the coil insertion unit. The insulating materials are injected into the coil insertion unit with a liquid type.
