摘要 The present invention relates to a compound of formula IA wherein: ring A is optionally substituted with one or more R's shown as Rand R; G is N; Q is C; X is CH, Y is O; nis 1; nis 1; RisR, R, Rand Reach independently selected from the group consisting of H, halo, CN and Calkyl: Ris imidazolyl, oxazolyl or triazolyl; Ris pyrimidinyl or –C(=O)OR, wherein pyrimidinyl may be optionally substituted with Calkyl; Ris Calkyl; Ris hydrogen and Ris hydrogen, halo or CN; having modulating activity of the GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor, and enantiomers, diastereomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The invention also provides a method of modulating the activity of the GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor comprising administering to a mammalian patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of at least one compound of Formula (IA) and, optionally, an additional therapeutic agent of Formula (IA).
