PURPOSE: A rolling roll apparatus having a cooling path structure is provided to obtain uniform temperature distribution on the whole cooling rolls and minimize separate processes for cooling the rolling roll. CONSTITUTION: A rolling roll apparatus comprises a roll body(110), an intake pipe(120), a discharge pipe(130), and a plurality of branch pipes(140). The roll body has a hollow(111), a surface part(112), and a cooling path part which contacts the inner side of the surface part. The intake pipe and the discharge pipe are arranged along the length of the roll body in the hollow. The branch pipes connect the intake pipe, the discharge pipe, and the cooling path part.
