Disclosed is a phenyl sulphonylamino compound of formula (I) where the substituents are as disclosed in the specification and examples of compound of formula (I) are: 6-Chloro-2-fluoro-3-(propane-1-sulfonylamino)-N-pyridin-3-yl-benzamide; 6-Chloro-N-[5-(4-chloro-benzyl)-[1,3,4]thiadiazol-2-yl]-2-fluoro-3-(propane-1-sulfonylamino)benzamide and 6-Chloro-2-fluoro-3-(propane-1-sulfonylamino)-N-quinolin-3-yl-benzamide. Also disclosed is a composition comprising the compound of formula (I), a kit comprising the compound of formula (I) or a composition containing the compound of formula (I) and the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of Raf mediated diseases or conditions for example cancer, neurological diseases and inflammation.
