<p>PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the production planning of vessels is provided to improve the practicality of the production planning of the vessels by implementing a simulating process with respect to the mid-term production planning of the vessels. CONSTITUTION: A sales program and a production program are established by a vessel order. A mid-term production planning of a vessel is established after a loading schedule and a detail schedule are established by forming loading network according to the long-term production planning of a vessel(S220). The mid-term production planning of the vessel is analyzed, evaluated, and confirmed by a simulating process(S240). The short-term production planning of the vessel is established according to the mid-term production planning and implemented(S320). The mid-term production planning of the vessel is managed and adjusted(S250).</p>
