<p>The invention relates to an induction apparatus for the polymerization under controlled temperature and pressure of acrylic and composite materials generally used in medicine and especially in dental technique. According to the invention the apparatus comprises three modules (A, B and C), a working module, an electronic control module and a module of useful pieces, respectively, working as a unitary assembly, the working module (A) having a vessel (1) below which there is placed a coil (33) which generates the induction electromagnetic field, while the electronic module (B) has some buttons for setting and displaying the temperature, the running time, the electric power of the heating circuit. The vessel (1) has a cylindrical shape and is carried out of a material resistant to the pressure and temperature values required by the polymerization conditions of the used materials, and it is dimensioned so as to function in safe conditions, the vessel (1) being closed by means of a cover (13) and sealed with a packing (10).</p> |
