According to the invention, the system comprises a carbon monoxide analyser, environment sensors such as temperature, moisture, pressure, wind direction/ speed sensors, GPS sensor, distant terminal, IP wireless infrastructure, communication management server geospatial databases which allow the storage and retrieval of data depending on certain criteria and application server / interactive service portal, said server processing the data, namely transforms the values of the carbon monoxide concentration in standard temperature and pressure conditions in order to make a comparison with the threshold values, compares the collected data with the pre-set threshold values and transmits a warning signal together with the set of measured values, calculates the average concentrations and compares the collected data with the maximal admitted short-term average concentration and the maximal admitted long-term average concentration.
