<p>An arabinofuranosidase that comprises a polypeptide sequence having at least 90 percent sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 69. The enzyme has activity at a pH of between pH 0 to pH 7 and at a temperature between 50 degrees Celsius to 95 degrees Celsius. The enzyme can cleave arabinofuranosides, arabinoxylans or xylans.</p>
