The structure (1) has a facade (2) that is positioned facing an open sea, and another facade (3) that is positioned facing a shore. A main channel (5) is passed longitudinally on both sides of the structure. The main channel is opened on lateral faces. The main channel is arranged whole or partly below a floating line. Transverse channels communicate with the main channel. A panel (4) is mounted pivotingly on a side facing the open sea. Ballast (6) permits to control immersion level of the structure.
