The installation (1) has a mixer (10) for producing a hydraulic mixture e.g. sand-gravel mixture or concrete, that is formed from cold and wet or dry, water and binder and additive by introducing into the mixer. Another mixer (30) produces another hydraulic mixture i.e. concrete, or hydrocarbon mixture from the former hydraulic mixture, the water and bitumen binder. A transferring unit (20) transfers an orientation unit (25) for the former hydraulic mixture to a storage unit or to the latter mixer for obtaining the latter hydraulic mixture. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a hydraulic mixture and a hydrocarbon mixture.
