PURPOSE: An object image obtaining apparatus and a method thereof are provided to rapidly sense a mobile object by sensing the mobile object in a mode that each block variation is systematically calculated. CONSTITUTION: A second photographing unit(120) photographs a view area. The second photographing unit obtains a nearing view image. A controlling unit(130) analyzes a broad area view image. The controlling unit defines a counterpart block which the mobile object is sensed. The controlling unit controls the second photographing unit.
