PURPOSE: A height adjustable water discharging member assembly and a water treating apparatus including the same are provided to keep the size of the water discharging member while the volume of a structure for moving the water discharging member is minimized. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable water discharging member assembly includes a water discharging member(110), a driving member(120), and a link-type power transferring member. The water discharging member is in connection with the water discharging line of a water treating apparatus. The water discharging member discharges drinking water. The driving member applies driving force to vertically move the water discharging member. One end part of the power transferring member is in connection with the driving member. Another end part of the power transferring member is in connection with the water discharging member. The power transferring member includes link members. A first link member(131) rotates by the driving of the driving member. A second link member(132) rotates by the rotation of the first link member. A third link member(133) linearly moves by the rotation of the second link member. The third link member is combined with the water discharging member.
