The chair (1) has a chair part (3) suspended from a base (2) by a suspension unit. The chair part includes a file related to a seat by a first connection pivot and a foot-rest related to the seat by a second connection pivot, where a connection unit e.g. rod (13), is arranged between the foot-rest and the file. One of ends of the rod is related to the file by a third connection pivot and other end of the rod is related to the foot-rest by a fourth connection pivot. The file, the seat and the foot-rest include reinforcement covered by a removable fabric (21) with cuttings (22, 23).
