PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly soil concrete and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent generation of hexavalent chrome and water toxicity. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly soil concrete(100) comprises 55-75 wt% of natural soil, 10-20 wt% of solid firming agent which is mixed into the natural soil, 10-15 wt% of liquid hardener which is mixed into the natural soil, and 5-10 wt% of titanium extract which is mixed into the natural soil. The titanium extract comprises a first mixture and a second mixture. The first mixture comprises 49-53 wt% of loess, 12-16w% of feldspar, 15-19 wt% of CaCO3, 6-10 wt% of Ca(OH)2, 2-6 wt% of CaO, and 4-8 wt% of Ca(NO3)2. The second mixture comprises 26-30 wt% of illite, 23-27 wt% of zeolite, 20-24 wt% of carbon, 23-27 wt% of elvan. |
