The invention relates to a balance practice device in the form of a so-called slackline. A disadvantage of a slackline is that, in particular, suitable fastening points have to be found. Said disadvantage does not exist in the claimed balance practice device which is characterized by an elastic beam (1), at least two bearing trestles (2, 3), on which the beam (1) is mounted, and means (11) for applying a bending moment to the beam, wherein the elastic beam is securely connected to at least one of the bearing trestles. The problem is also solved by the fact that an elastic beam (1) which is mounted on two bearing trestles (2, 3) and which is made from a fibreglass hollow profile is used. |
