HIGH EFFICIENCY RECTIFIER, WIRELESS POWER RECEIVING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE RECTIFIER

PURPOSE: A high efficiency rectifier and a wireless power receiving device including the same are provided to distribute a current to two diodes by connecting the two diodes in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A full bridge diode rectifier comprised of dual diodes includes a first path and a second path. The first path is provided in order to store inputted voltage in a capacitor(550) through a first dual diode(510) and a fourth dual diode(540). The second path is provided in order to store the inputted voltage in the capacitor through a second dual diode(520) and a third dual diode(530). The first to fourth dual diodes are respectively comprised of two diodes connected in parallel.
