A bone conduction earphone comprises an upper cover (1) and a lower cover (2); when the upper cover (1) and the lower cover (2) are locked together, a cavity (4) is formed to hold a bone conduction speaker unit (3). The lower cover (2) is formed by single injection molding and has a vibration surface (21). The bone conduction speaker unit (3) comprises a magnet (31), a coil (32) and a buffer ring (33). The magnet (31) is secured to the interior wall (211) of the vibration surface (21), the buffer ring (33) is set around the magnet (31), and the coil is assembled on the buffer ring (33). The invention has the advantages of almost no noise, rich bass, simple structure and low cost.
