PURPOSE: A website operating method for an agency and web server thereof are provided to enable an agency to conveniently manage clients by synchronizing price policies of a head office site with an agency site. CONSTITUTION: A web server provides a website(110). The web server receives a first purchase condition of one or more clients from a terminal. Information for an agency which establishes purchase conditions of the client is previously established in the web server. The agency individually establishes the price of products provided to the web site according to each client. When an event is executed by the agency or a head office which operates the website, event participation conditions or winning conditions are previously established.
