PURPOSE: A tri-circle kick board is provided to increase propelling force resulting from widened rotational radius of a deck by forming one or more bendable rotating members to link frames. CONSTITUTION: In a tri-circle kick board, a fixing member(2) and a pair of link frames(3) are coupled. Consequently, the rotational angle of the link frames is increased. Each rotating member(5) comprises a first rotary plate and a second rotary plate. The first rotary plate is formed in one end of the fixing member. The second rotary plate is formed in one end of the link frame and is coupled by a bolt while overlapping with the first rotary plate A fan-shaped angle limitation groove is formed in the first rotary plate. A protrusion is formed in the second rotary plate and is inserted in the angle limitation groove.
