<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet having identification information by which fixation to an article can easily be performed, a position and the number of the identification information can easily be grasped, and the recognition of the identification information can easily and accurately be performed, and to provide a manufacturing method of the sheet having the identification information by which the sheet having the identification information can easily be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet having the identification information includes: a base bottom; and an identification section which is formed on the surface of the base bottom, and has an uneven shape having at least either of a protruding section or a recessed section. Each protruding section or recessed section of the identification section can be observed when being magnified. Also, the sheet having the identification information has identification information which can be identified conforming to a shape.
