RECOVERY METHOD FOR NITROGEN MONOXIDE GAS AND RECOVERY DEVICE FOR NITROGEN MONOXIDE GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method for a nitrogen monoxide gas, capable of preventing the generation of topical temperature rise in a packed tower; and a recovery device for the nitrogen monoxide gas.

SOLUTION: In the recovery method for the nitrogen monoxide gas by absorbing a nitrogen dioxide gas obtained by oxidizing the nitrogen monoxide gas with water and recovering it as an aqueous nitric acid solution with the recovery device 10 consisting of the packed tower 11, the aqueous nitric acid solution recovered from the packed tower 11 is supplied from the upper portion of the packed tower 11 with a flow volume equivalent to 30-70% of the flow volume of water, together with water for absorbing the nitrogen dioxide gas.
