<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which exhibits excellent heat exchange efficiency and of which maintenance is easy, and provide a water treatment device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 40 used for the water treatment device which desalts or purifies raw water includes a plurality of plate-like circular tube plates 44 formed by arranging a plurality of hollow circular tubes 42 bent in an arc shape adjacently in a vertical direction. Connection members 50, 54 for connecting insides of the hollow circular tubes 42 as a distribution channel of the raw water are mounted on end parts of the circular tube plates 44. Thereby, the heat exchange efficiency can be enhanced by facilitating abutment of fluid distributing outside the circular tube plates 44 on the circular tube plates 44, and insides of the plurality of hollow circular tubes 42 can be easily cleaned by detaching the connection members 50, 54 from the circular tube plates 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
