<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fill a gap between pipes to prevent the corrosion of a coupling. <P>SOLUTION: A socket 4 of a receiving pipe 1 is inserted into a slot 11 of an insert pipe 2 to couple both the pipes 1 and 2, and a bolt 9 is screwed with a press ring 7 in contact with a sealing member 6 interposed in the gap between both pipes to secure water-tightness of the sealing member 6. A resin-containing material containing epoxy resin as a filler 15 is filled into a space formed of the socket 4 and the press ring 7 in this coupled state to interpose a head 9a of the bolt 9 and an extension member 10 between the head 9a and an inner wall of the socket 4 filled with the filler 15. Furthermore, a pipe adjacent to the pipes 1 and 2 that have been already coupled is connected. After the connection, a space formed of the slot 11 and the press ring 7 is also filled with the resin-containing material. The filling causes a threaded tip of the bolt 9 also filled with the filler 15, and this can prevent the corrosion of the bolt 9 or the like.
