<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain mainly a correct operation determination result by eliminating influences of running, and also to enable reduction of cost. <P>SOLUTION: An occupant detecting controller 9 includes a running detection part 13 which detects whether it is under running based on a load detection signal from a load detecting means 8A. An operating determining part 12 is constituted to perform determination of operating or non-operating of an airbag device 3 by an occupant determination signal when the vehicle is stopping based on a running detection signal from the running detection part 13, and when the vehicle is running, holds the last determination result without making determination of operating or non-operating of the airbag device 3 by the occupant determination signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
