<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system satisfying both of safety and availability, for example, both of securing safety of passengers in a car and avoiding unnecessary emergency stop of an elevator (containment of the passengers). <P>SOLUTION: The elevator system which controls traveling of a car 20 of the elevator by detecting a malfunction in door opening of a car door 21 prepared to the car 20, is equipped with a door zone sensor 27 for detecting, at every floor, whether the car is located in a door zone where the car door is to be opened, and a safety controlling controller 10 for calculating, at every floor, an amount of opening of the car door 21 based on signal of a door position sensor 24 which detects a moving amount of the car door 21. Here, the elevator system controls traveling of the car 20 according to an amount of opening of the car door when the door zone sensor 27 has detected that the car 20 is not located in a door zone where the car door is to be opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
