<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield wire which is easy to work on and exhibits excellent shielding performance, as well as a shield wire assembly method and a shield wire assembly apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A shield wire 2 comprises a covered conductor 3 and a drain wire 4, an ALS 5 and a PET sheet 6 whose adhesive layer on the inner surface is stuck fast to the ALS 5. A shield wire assembly apparatus 1 comprises a stretching unit 16 which stretches the covered conductor 3, etc., a conductor sheet winding unit 17 which winds the ALS 5 around the outer periphery of the covered conductor 3, etc., which has been stretched by the stretching unit 16 and an insulation sheet winding unit 18. The insulation sheet winding unit 18 lays the PET sheet 6 one on another so that the center part touches the ALS 5 while being parallel to the covered conductor 3, etc. and winds the PET sheet 6 around the outer periphery of the ALS 5 which is wound around the outer periphery of the covered conductor 3, etc. so as to paste the PET sheet 6 to the ALS 5 in order from a center part toward an end part in an axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
