The present invention relates to a motor control device of an air conditioner using a distributed power supply, comprising: a DC/DC converter which level-converts a DC power supply supplied from the outside to output the level-converted DC power supply to a DC bus terminal; a bidirectional DC/AC converter which converts the DC power supply of the DC bus terminal into an AC power supply to transfer the converted AC power supply to a system, or which converts the AC power supply from the system into the DC/power supply to supply the converted DC power supply to the DC bus terminal; and an inverter which converts the DC power supply of the DC bus terminal into the AC power supply by a switching operation, and drives a compression motor by the converted AC power supply. Therefore, the motor control device of the air conditioner using the distributed power supply does not generate a high frequency current by level-converting the DC power supply from the outside, and then supplying the AC power supply to the system or driving the compression motor.
