The agitator ball mill (10) comprises a grinding jar (12) and a rotating stirring shaft (14), where a separator (18) is arranged at an end of the stirring shaft. A supplementary separation aggregate (22) is provided, which is a direct component of the agitator ball mill. The separation aggregate is designed, such that the rough portions and contaminants are removed from the grinding stock. A filter or a filter inset (26) is arranged in the separation aggregate.
