PURPOSE: A mask frame assembly, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device using the same are provided to prevent the deformation of a mask when extending and welding the mask to a frame and to manufacture a high-solution organic light emitting display device. CONSTITUTION: A mask frame assembly comprises a frame(200) and a mask(100) which is installed in the frame by being extended in a first direction. The mask comprises a deposition region(110) in which a plurality of deposition patterns(111), an edge portion(120) which is formed thicker than the deposition region and extended in the first direction on both sides of the deposition region, and two or more ribs(130) which are formed thicker than the deposition region between the deposition patterns adjacent to each other in a second direction vertical to the first direction.
