<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode material which allows an all-solid lithium battery to be manufactured even when an active material containing no lithium ions is used for a cathode, and has high electric capacity and excellent cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A composition contains active material particles represented by Li<SB POS="POST">X</SB>L<SB POS="POST">Y</SB>M<SB POS="POST">Z</SB>N and sulfide-based solid electrolyte particles containing Li and S.
