DATA TRANSMISSION DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data transmission device capable of suppressing influence with the deficit of an Internet protocol (IP) packet to the minimum even when the deficit of the IP packet occurs in data transmission from a data transmission device to a data transmission device.

SOLUTION: A data processing part 12 includes: a determination part 24 for determining presence/absence of a deficit packet being an IP packet which is not received by a reception part 11 among multiple IP packets included in an IP packet string transmitted from a data transmission device 2; a generation part 26 for generating a compensation packet being an IP packet to compensate the deficit packet when the presence of the deficit packet is determined by the determination part 24; and an IP restoration part 28 for restoring the IP packet string transmitted from the data transmission device 2 by inserting the compensation packet to the position of the deficit packet in the IP packet string received by the reception part 11.
