<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating bowl feeder of complex vibration type able to suppress generation of vertical vibration due to vibration in horizontal rotation direction. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrating bowl feeder is configured as follows. An intermediate vibrator 4 is provided between an upper vibrator 2 on which a bowl 1 is mounted and a base 3, the intermediate vibrator 4 and the base 3 are coupled by first leaf springs 5 for rotational vibration, the upper vibrator 2 and the intermediate vibrator 4 are coupled by leaf springs 6 for vertical vibration, wherein, the leaf springs 5 for rotation vibration are each fixed at two fixing positions on the same horizontal line orthogonal to a vertical center line O of the bowl 1. Thereby, generation of the vertical vibration due to the vibration in horizontal rotation direction can be suppressed. Consequently, it is possible to adjust the vibration in horizontal rotation direction without substantial effect on the vertical vibration when respectively adjusting the vibration in horizontal rotation direction and the vertical vibration, and desired vibration suitable for parts conveyance can be easily achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
