WIRELESS BASE STATION DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION CONDITION DETERMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate communication condition even when a wireless terminal is in a quiescent state and a quasi-quiescent state.

SOLUTION: A wireless base station device is configured to: acquire transmission weight information and rank information fed back from a wireless terminal of a communication partner; calculate an occurrence frequency for each of a plurality of combinations grouped by combination of contents of transmission weight information and rank information based on the acquired transmission weight information and rank information; update current values of occurrence frequencies by using the calculated occurrence frequencies; and determine transmission weight information and rank information for transmitting signals to the wireless terminal according to the current values of the occurrence frequencies.
