<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomography apparatus for small animals, capable of imaging a plurality subjects at one time while discriminating the individuals from each other. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the X-ray tomography apparatus for small animals which can reliably discriminate a plurality of subjects when imaging the subjects at one time. That means, subject holding spaces 5a in a holder 5 for holding the plurality of subjects includes space discriminating members 5c in which a cross sectional shape is a figure for spatial discrimination, respectively. When capturing a tomographic image of each subject with this apparatus, a figure for discriminating each of the subject holding spaces 5a for holding the subject is automatically captured.
