Provided are: an electricity storage element wherein a collector is not easily broken even if vibrations are applied thereto; and a vehicle which is provided with the electricity storage element. This electricity storage element is provided with: a case which has a first inner surface and a second inner surface that is adjacent to the first inner surface; an electrode body which is contained within the case and comprises a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, said electrode plates being insulated from each other; an electrode terminal which is arranged outside the case; and a collector which is contained within the case and electrically connects the electrode body and the electrode terminal with each other. The front edge of the front end portion of the collector is supported by the first inner surface of the case.
