PURPOSE: A printed board for forming a fine pattern with a large area and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the strength of the fine pattern by forming the fine pattern on a general pattern formed by an etching process using a photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION: A pattern is formed after a first photosensitive resin layer is formed on a substrate(100). A first pattern is formed by etching the substrate. A second photosensitive resin layer is formed on the substrate with the first pattern after the first photosensitive resin layer is removed. A second pattern is formed by patterning the second photosensitive resin layer.
