摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a surface lubrication treatment agent is provided to enhance lubrication of a mold and forgings, to prevent a sand burning, and to obtain excellent oxidation resistance, high strength, and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a surface lubrication treatment agent which is used in a hot forging process manufactures the surface lubrication treatment agent using sodium silicate and teflon powder as an inorganic adhesive and a coating agent. The lubricant is composed of the teflon powder and has the particle size more than 300 meshes. The inorganic lubricant is included with a ratio of 1-90 parts based on sodium silicate 100 parts.
