<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which is excellent in sensitivity and a coating property and can obtain a cured film with less contamination to liquid crystal, the cured film and a forming method thereof, an organic electroluminescent (EL) display device and a liquid crystal display device including the cured film. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a photosensitive resin composition which contains a copolymer having structural units of formulas (a1) to (a4), an oxime sulfonate compound of formula (B), a compound of formula (C1) or (C2), and a solvent, a cured film and a forming method thereof, an organic electroluminescent (EL) display device and a liquid crystal display device including the cured film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
