<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable raising versatility. <P>SOLUTION: An electric brake actuator has a cylinder mechanism 76 and an actuator housing 75. In the cylinder mechanism 76, a piston which carries out displacement along a hydraulic chamber formed in a cylinder body 82 is prepared. In the actuator housing 75, an electric motor 72 which carries out energizing of the piston is provided.
