<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checkup method for display panel boards suitable for reducing the number of probes required and the length of time taken for checkup. <P>SOLUTION: A checkup method for display panel boards comprises a step of arranging over and facing a display panel board 200 a checkup board 101 provided with a plurality of checkup electrodes 111 arranged in a matrix; a step of causing by driving an active element T1 a capacitance formed of a pixel electrode 202 and the checkup electrodes 111 to hold an electric charge; and a step of causing a measuring circuit 102, electrically connected to the checkup electrodes 111, to measure via the checkup board 101 the electric charge held by the capacitance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
