<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a minuter flaw when extracting a flaw using a reflection echo height measured by ultrasonic test equipment, thereby non-destructively search a flaw present in a brazing material for joining between base materials using ultrasonic. <P>SOLUTION: Ultrasonic waves are applied to a base material using ultrasonic test equipment based on a vertical-beam flaw detection method to measure the reflection echo height from a joint interface between the base material and the brazing material and an interface between the brazing material and the flaw. When the maximum echo height of the reflection echo height of a certain flaw detecting unit area is larger than a first threshold, or the maximum value of the reflection echo height from a sound section having no flaw, and when it is smaller than a second threshold, or the minimum value of the reflection echo height from the sound section, the flaw detection unit area is extracted as the flaw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
