<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having an adhesive face which includes two or more pressure-sensitive adhesives each is functionable on an adherend and exhibits adhesiveness and debonding capability both at high levels. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive face being smooth and including a region composed of a first pressure-sensitive adhesive and a region composed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive other than the first pressure-sensitive adhesive.
