<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve that is improved in safety due to the maintenance of sealing performance, even if a diaphragm is broken. <P>SOLUTION: The diaphragm valve includes a seal means 20 which is arranged between a valve box 2 and a valve lid 8, and prevents the leakage of fluids from both of them. The seal means 20 is composed of: a seal member 31 which is fit in the vicinity of the lower end of the valve lid 8, and fit into an housing part 14 at the lower end of the valve box 2; an annular seal presser 32 which abuts on the seal member 31 and presses the seal member downward; and a plurality of bolts 33 screwed into penetration female screws 26 which are arranged at a flange 24 of the valve lid 8, and press the seal press 32 downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
