<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a coated material by which a gas contained in a coating liquid in a die is effectively removed. <P>SOLUTION: A supply passage 12 is formed for a gas to ascend up to a cavity 11 always along the supply direction of the coating liquid 7. The surface roughness of a wall surface forming the supply passage 12 is controlled to be ≤0.2 μm height Rz in maximum. As a result, the gas contained in the coating liquid 7 is easily moved to the cavity 11 by the buoyancy to prevent the retention of the gas in the supply passage 12. Then, when a part of the coating liquid 7 in the cavity 11 is discharged with the gas contained in the coating liquid 7 from the discharge passage 14, the gas in the supply passage 12 is also discharged from the discharge passage 14 satisfactorily to effectively remove the gas contained in the coating liquid 7 in the die 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
