摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermally conductive composite particles and a thermally conductive sheet of novel structure having performance of thermal conductivity, dispersibility, or the like, equivalent to or better than conventional performance without using a complicated coating process requiring high cost, and to provide a simple and low cost manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive composite particles 1 each including a magnetic resin particle 2 containing magnetic bodies 2a and a matrix resin 2b containing a magnetic body, and thermally conductive particles 4 with which the magnetic resin particle is coated are produced by a high speed impact method in air flow, a mechanofusion method or a mechanochemical method.
