The method involves filling a two-dimensional arrangement of pixels with measurement results of a physical parameter by a spatially-resolved measurement. A measurement for deviation of the measurement results of two adjacent pixels is determined from each other, and an instruction signal is automatically generated as a function of the determined measurement. The instruction signal is generated when the determined measurement exceeds the predetermined threshold value that is provided by a user, and the measurement results are evaluated at the pixels. An independent claim is also included for a spatially-resolved measuring device comprising a detector unit.
