The prediction error is reduced even when a monitored system has a plurality of usage patterns. A monitoring data analysis device is provided with: a log data file (21) for storing a set of log data containing a set of monitoring data of a monitored system, the performance of which is to be managed; a data categorizing unit (11) for categorizing the log data into a plurality of groups on the basis of the characteristics of a set of usage state data included in the log data and indicating the usage state of a constituent element in a monitored system; and a regression model generating unit (12) for generating a regression model by subjecting the log data to regression analysis per group.
